HOUSE RULES

HOUSE RULES/CODE OF CONDUCT
Each suite renter is required to provide their own private restroom paper products as needed.

Bring your own Keurig coffee pods.

Provide your own cellular phone line.

All food and food containers will be removed from the refrigerator each weekend.  If you want to keep your container, you must take it home at the end of each week.

Load all your own dirty dishes into the dishwasher daily, dishwasher will be run weekly as needed.

The use of space heaters is prohibited due to the potential fire hazard.

The use of private office air purifiers is welcome and encouraged.  However, do not leave air purifier running unattended.

Office Administrative support is not provided at this time.

AD-ON AMENITIES

 

Conference Room

Reservations must be made via the shared calendar provided. 

All reservation must be paid for in full, regardless of whether the space is used.

Reservations and use are only available to current office suite renters and are not open for public use.

Capacity of 6 participants, up to 10 with overflow seating.

TV Monitor and HDMI connection provided.

$25 per hour

(Minimum 2-year lease required)

 

Printing

You will be assigned your own secure login account with the printer to assure you are only billed for the printing you use.

B/W Prints          $0.20 per page

Color Prints         $0.40 per page

 

Storage Areas

Semi Climate Controlled Basement level storage area available upon request.

Minimum Area 25sf

All areas must be in 5’x5’ area increments.

Minimum 1 year lease required.

$1 per sf per month

 

Monthly Cleaning Services

Shared spaces are cleaned monthly on a weekend day and is provided as part of your lease.

Monthly Private Suite cleaning                   $50 per month
